    I'm surprised that I haven't reviewed this business earlier, I also feel like half my reviews start that way! I first was introduced to this business when they were caterers. They used to cater for a large tech company in town and the owners were so sweet, they really went above and beyond for staff members with allergies, The food was great, and just a pleasure to work with. I was very excited to find out that their restaurant went into the American ag credit building across from the movie theater! I will say however the menu is a little limited and if you actually try to go at lunchtime, Be prepared to wait. This reminds me of Chloe's French café, that used to be inside the hospital building off hopper. An amazing hidden gem, but you just can't go at lunchtime lol I'm going to put this on my list of places to revisit soon and update my review because someone just told me they have more menu items now. Either way I love supporting small local businesses, especially when the owners are nice, kind people!

    Pleasant surprise to find this hidden gem! On my quest to find good gluten free items on the menu, this place became fast a favorite. The bread roll is just plain amazing! While not too busy during our visit, the owner was very kind to describe the process on how it is made and the secret behind the unbelievable taste. We had regular items on the menu and all were delicious with extra attention to detail. I asked for a dry cappuccino with almond milk... wow, nice froth and done just perfect! One issue, hard to find the entrance following google maps. Just look for their catering van parked in front. Can't wait to go back on our next visit in the area!

    I came back to eat and this time take a photo. I had the turkey sandwich and it was delicious. (Real turkey meat) As you can see, the Ceasar's Salad is right there. It was GOOD. My husband loved his roast beef sandwich. As always, the service is excellent and helpful. We enjoy eating here.

    Starting from Scratch is a tucked away little eatery that is run by people who have had a catering company for years. I work in the general vicinity of their café and am always on the prowl for new, quality, delicious lunch stops. While they are a little more expensive then say a burrito or a burger from a fast food joint--the food is delicious and as the name implies: all from scratch. The menu is clear and to the point without added frills, while being delicious and fresh. My co-workers and I also particularly like the "fancy" infusion water that they always have available. I have been to their location several times for lunch, in addition to hosting a small breakfast there with around twelve people. Both at lunch and at breakfast we found the food to be delicious and exactly what was stated. The lunch options are plentiful and I highly recommend the tomato soup and grilled cheese if it's the special of the day (such a great comfort food, done right). The brie, chicken, bacon, and caramelized onion sandwich is also a treat with a light salad on the side. Because they are so new there are still a few bumps with service but it is evident that they are constantly learning, evolving, and always working toward perfection. The staff is always kind and friendly and quick to try and make up for any mistakes that might happen with your order. Definitely a wonderful place to try when you're looking for breakfast or lunch, or to stop it for a quick coffee when you are out and about. I also recommend not passing up on any of their baked goods-be it gluten free or heavy on the gluten I have not been disappointed with a single thing I have had here. Yum!
